This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how CarTool India (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on www.cartoolindia.com (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- If an order is placed on a holiday or non-working day, it will be dispatched on the next working day (within 24 hours of that working day).
- Dispatch timelines may vary in cases of high order volume, stock availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery duration depends on the courier partner and the shipping location.
- Most locations across India: delivery is usually completed within 4–5 days after dispatch.
- Remote / hard-to-reach areas: delivery may take 7–15 days after dispatch.
These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as final delivery is handled by third-party courier partners and may be affected by weather, regional conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Courier Partner
- The courier partner is selected mutually by the customer and CarTool India based on availability, serviceability of the location, and convenience for both parties.
- Once dispatched, delivery is carried out by the selected third-party courier partner.
4. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India. Serviceability of certain remote PIN codes depends on the courier partner’s reach.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not fixed and depend on the following factors:
- the courier partner selected;
- the delivery location (including remote/serviceable areas); and
- the weight and dimensions of the product(s) ordered.
The applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details (where available) via your registered mobile number or email so you can track the shipment with the courier partner.
7. Delivery Address
- Please ensure your complete and correct delivery address, along with a reachable mobile number, is provided at the time of order.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or by the recipient being unavailable.
8. Delays, Misplacement, and Non-Delivery
- Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier-side issues, regional disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If a product is misplaced or lost in transit, we will wait for a period of 15 (fifteen) days to allow for tracking, investigation, and possible delivery by the courier partner.
- If the product is confirmed as not delivered after this 15-day period, we will ship a new unit of the same product to you, in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Damaged or Wrong Product on Delivery
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for the replacement process and claim requirements (including reporting timelines and unboxing proof).
