Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on www.cartoolindia.com (“Website”) operated by CarTool India (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Monetary Refunds
CarTool India does not provide monetary refunds. All sales are final.
In place of refunds, we offer product replacement under the specific conditions described in this Policy. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
2. Replacement Eligibility
We provide a replacement of the same product only in the following cases:
- Wrong product shipped — you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Damaged / defective product on arrival — the product was damaged in transit or arrived defective.
- Product not delivered — you did not receive the product, subject to the waiting period in Section 4 and our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
In each eligible case, the same product will be re-shipped to you. No cash, bank, or wallet refund will be issued.
3. How to Claim a Replacement (Wrong / Damaged Product)
To claim a replacement for a wrong or damaged product:
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@cartoolindia.com or +91-9109565095.
- Provide the following:
- Order ID and registered mobile number;
- Clear photographs of the product, damage (if any), and the shipping label/packaging;
- A continuous unboxing video of the parcel from the sealed state (strongly recommended; required for damage claims).
- Once we verify the claim, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.
Claims reported after the stated window, or without the required proof, may not be accepted.
4. Non-Delivery (Product Not Received)
If your product is not delivered, the matter will be handled as per our Shipping and Delivery Policy:
- We will wait for a period of 15 (fifteen) days to allow for delivery, tracking, and investigation with the courier partner.
- If the product is confirmed as not delivered after this period, we will re-ship the same product to you at no additional cost.
5. Conditions for Replacement
- The product must be returned (where applicable) in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, free items, and original packaging.
- Products that show signs of misuse, physical/electrical damage caused by the user, tampering, or unauthorised repair are not eligible for replacement (such cases may be covered under the Warranty Policy instead).
- Replacement is provided for the same product only. We do not offer exchange for a different product or model.
6. Software, Licenses, and Subscriptions
- Activated software, license keys, activation codes, and subscriptions are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or activated.
- Technical issues relating to software or licenses are handled under our Support Policy and Warranty Policy, not as a refund.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting us promptly at contact@cartoolindia.com or +91-9109565095.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- As we do not process monetary refunds, any amount for an approved pre-dispatch cancellation will be adjusted against a future order / issued as store credit, at our discretion.
8. Payment Gateway
Payments and any payment-related reversals are subject to the policies of the respective third-party payment gateway. Where a transaction fails but an amount is debited, such cases are governed by the payment gateway’s own settlement and reversal process.
